Thank you in advance for your interest in the 2009 University of Dayton High School Team Camp. 

 

Space is limited. Confirmation of acceptance and additional camp information will be mailed upon receipt of Team Camp Application and Deposit ($100.00).

            Facility: All games will be played on the University of Dayton campus.

             Camp Cost:

     ♦ $400.00 per team

             Camp Features:

     ♦ Six game minimum (2 day camp)

     ♦ High School and College Officials for all games

     ♦ Camp T-shirt for all participants and coaches

     ♦ Camp Jersey for all participants (max. 10)

     ♦ IOn-campus facilities

     ♦ Certified athletic trainers on site

     ♦ On-campus Housing Available (additional fee)

 

Each player should have his own medical insurance.  Each participant must complete a mandatory camp medical form and medical release prior to his participation at the 2009 Team Camp.  All team camp medical forms can be downloaded directly from our camp website by accessing the following link (TEAM CAMP MEDICAL FORMS) and will be sent out with the registration confirmation letter.  The staff of the 2008 Team Camp will not be responsible for any medical and dental insurance.
