Registration Instructions:

1) Download the 2009 Brian Gregory Basketball Camp Brochure. (Download Here) COMING SOON!

2)Fill out the camp application located on the back of the camp brochure.

3) Send the camp application with a $75.00 non-refundable deposit (Check, Money Order or Credit Card) to:

     -Credit Card Payment:

                       Fill out and sign the credit card authorization form

                       located inside the camp brochure.

     -Check or Money Order:

                       Please make all checks and money orders made payable

                       to "Brian Gregory Basketball Camp".

4)Once your application has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter/e-mail with additional information regarding camps as well as an invoice for additional payments to be completed prior to camp (Camp Tuition less deposit).
